Stockinette Poncho (Tussah Tweed version) Knitting Kit | Tussah Tweed & Knitting Pattern
A little silk throw-over for summer evenings. Make our very simple stockinette poncho with just 2 hanks of the BC Garn’s 100% Tussah Tweed silk. Make it our size or add a few stitches to make it wider/longer. You’ll have plenty of yarn. If you’ve never worn 100% silk before, you’re in for a treat. It keeps you warm without making you hot. There’s a reason people have been using it for centuries. For an added touch of elegance, the poncho features a crocheted Crab Stitch edge that's added after seaming.

~2 skeins BC Garn Tussah Tweed, 100% Tussah silk, 273 yards each.
~FREE Atelier Yarns Stockinette Poncho Knitting Pattern (#113C).
Not included: US 8, 24" (or longer) circular knitting needles, darning needle, size E crochet hook for Crab Stitch edge.
